Benedictine Health Center provides high-quality care for New Brighton, MN and the surrounding area. We follow the Benedictine Health System tradition of care with hospitality and respect. At Benedictine Health Center, we offer short-term care and rehabilitation, memory care, skilled nursing services, and outpatient services in a warm and compassionate environment. We extend warmth and acceptance to each individual we serve, and aim to develop strong personal relationships with residents and families. Our personalized care plans meet the needs of each resident, and nurture the spirit, mind, and body. We also offer an Active for Life program, massage therapy, and aromatherapy.
Our daily short-term care program provides skilled nursing care and physical, occupational and speech therapy as ordered by your physician. Spiritual support and therapeutic recreation are interwoven throughout the day. Our program is focused on a philosophy that every patient has a right to achieve the most durable and sustainable outcomes possible, enduring long after you leave our care.
The short-term care neighborhood is located directly off the main entrance on Black Oak Drive and is next to the Therapy Gym. Our post-acute amenities include:
- Private rooms with a private bathroom, including a shower
- Each room has telephone service, satellite television and secure wireless internet
- A home-like living room with a computer, books and magazines, television, aquarium and toys for young visitors
- Holy Spirit Chapel is available for religious services and personal reflection
- On-site beauty salon is open three days a week
- 24/7 translation services available
- Mail and fascimile services available to meet your needs
